Nothing ki-ls morale faster than a manager who brags about working 80-hour weeks like it's a badge of honor. Suddenly, it becomes the expectation for everyone. If my boss can't respect boundaries, I'm not sticking around to find out how much worse it gets.

Any leader that talks about working 80 hours needs to be fired. They are low esteem, low self worth liars.
