Been hearing that a lot lately. Would that be a good thing for employees. Or do they gut? It sounds exciting. A lot our bosses are ex micrsoft anyways.

MS is also not a d-mb company like Lumen. It is a true technology company. They can also automate and use AI exponentially better than Lumen can to eliminate positions and automate the jobs.
Will make our internal AI projects look like amateur hour.
MS just announced a 3% layoff, or 6000 people in the middle of May.
MS move will not be good they primarily prefer H1b and Indians.
Hopefully Trump laws will eventually change that
