Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Key holders and leads cannot run a store alone and belk needs to reevaluate their recent decisions to eliminate salaried management except for the store manager. Store managers at select Belk locations are working exclusively day shifts and no weekends, which is allowed by the group vice president and regional vice president despite complaints, resignations, and accusations that favoritism has played a part in certain members of management getting preferential treatment and a set schedule with day shifts and no weekend shifts.
