So by now we know how the packages look for US but there is no information on what the package for EU includes? The only thing that’s clear is that VSP and ISP are the same. Anyone has any information on packages content for EU?

The package will be mostly decided by the government regulations, but given that it's just much easier to lay off employees in the US than most other countries where Intel has operations, combined with it being more expensive, you can expect the US to bear the brunt of headcount reductions. As always.
What about germany? Anyone with any info?
None yet for Ireland. However, the legislation varies by jurisdiction so I don't expect an 'EU package' to emerge. Instead, I expect different locations will have different arranagements.
