Corporate risk does not interact with external customers. JB buys into RTO to please her masters. Her level performs the re-calibrations. Good for her she lost a good majority of her competent staff. She is disgusting overall.
While my peers across multiple teams have not had raises in 4 years when chainsaw announced no raises over $150k, I received raises the past 3 years. FYI - take it as you will. It is dependant on multiple factors, such as if you are over the old mid-points, everyone in the same role, etc. Not just performance.
@hdc+1jwKZaZS OP makes it sound like there was no “new salary”. Anyone who does get a new salary for a move should beware - make sure you calculate the annual merit into it before taking it b/c you will not get a merit in the year you change jobs.
I haven't had a raise under MasturBaites in 5 years, she's busy spending our raise money flying around the country to events where we have to buy our own lunch to get the honor of sitting in a hall with her and smelling her sh*t.
Its been like that, if you get a promotion with new salary, you do not get your 1.5% raise. They should have told you that
