I totally understand why people decide on quiet quitting. However, it is bad that some spend a long time like that, instead of looking for better opportunities for themselves. Isn't that a waste of time? Don't let your skills atrophy here. It is wiser to leave on time and go where hard work is valued properly. Just saying.

I did Quiet Qitting to the point of layoff. Which happened. I got full severance, too.
Work your contract, work your wage. Do what the job description says and no free work no free overtime unless you are getting paid. Period. Say no US users.
