Mattel did this manure years ago and nothing ever changed. It's nothing more than an attempt to show they care.
they just want their "100% engagement". so sad that managers are begging people to fill out the survey or send a reminder every few days like a desperate scout trying to sell their cookies. for what? any issues are either ignored or flagged as potential trouble source.
you don't need an third party to point out the issues. many problems are obvious. instead of protecting the problem, get rid of it.
Global surveys are just pipe dream for any relatively new employee. Don’t get your hopes up that decision making process will change for the better.. HR goes through the exercise, makes teams, hires consultants …….. and nothing ever comes to fruition. This is true for any past global pulse survey under any of the HR Leaders for the past 20 years! A. Thomp$son, AllenKay@ or the bullet head from Pepsi co.
The right answer is never answer honestly.
