Our patient transport manager got cut a few days ago and i can’t imagine how it went. She was the kindest manager I’ve ever had, I have kids so she was always understanding if I needed to leave on the dot and couldn’t do OT. Sweetest lady ever and she was so close to retiring

She was let go because her team was the least productive. Probably because she had a direct report who had kids who always had to leave on the dot and couldn't do OT.
