Thread regarding UPS layoffs

What is the core problem preventing UPS from reaching its top production goals?

Management is paid to reach numbers in order to receive money/stock options/perks. This causes short life junk parts purchases, fake bloated numbers and an all-around farce in order to meet the "UNATTAINABLE NUMBERS GOALS". People by nature might pencil in numbers to get a pay check with no consideration of long term goals that springboard a good company into a maximum performing one.

Core problem is not restructuring management pay that ends chance to balloon numbers just for a bonus. They will easily cut jobs but never go to the root to fix the problem.

Budget busters........Tow/Wrecker bill $900.00 average in town==cheap parts. $Zero Wrecker/Tow==good quality longevity parts. Fleet size hundreds of thousands. Good investment revenue down the drain. All so bottom management gets quarterly+ stock options? Needs improvement. Rearrange the way management is paid.

Cheap poor quality parts and rebuilds shorten reliability. Buying over and over again instead of buying good quality parts the first time that will last much longer. The management bonus system is not working, and too much money is being wasted.
