Instead of solving big issues, our leadership obviously prefers to sweep them under the rug in order to replace us with a cheaper workforce. That cannot be a good solution. Is there anyone competent in top positions who will finally realize that the company is only multiplying problems in this way?

What do they care? By the time the problems become critical, they'll have jumped with their golden parachute to the next company to destroy.
