This is a tactic used by large corporations that don't have a granular view of the accounts they hold. When a corporation is considering Layoffs, this is a tactic they use to get sales account managers, and sales engineers to shine a bright light on their success stories, so the corporation can prepare to stop the bleed, once they Layoff the account manager that built that relationship. Another tactic is they will tell you that they are going to reduce your work load by only focusing on key accounts, and they ask you to name all your key accounts, so you don't risk losing them in your funnel. This again is trick to get the Account Managers to reveal their best customers, so the corporation can again, prepare to stop the bleed once the Account Managers are let go.

If they're signed off on, reviewed by manager and then reviewed by you and you click that button to say you reviewed the manager feedback, this is not possible to be edited afterward.

Just refuse to do reviews from now on, they are fixed and the fact management helping cover up downgrading decent people shows just how bad this place has got

The Dividend definitely needs a Merit Increase. It’s been doing the majority of the work keeping this garbage barge afloat. Be more like the Dividend and get back to work! INCREASE THE DIVIDEND!

production sales was told not to give any rep, manager, VP more than a 3 review for 2024 because they didn't want to give raises. So much for the hours of training we sat through on the rating system! This must explain why 4 and 5 rated employees were updated to 3's after the management review. What a joke! Sit through hours of training, and then complete the evaluations, and they are lowered to 3 or less. GREAT job Chief HR? SB do you know about this? Check with Named Accounts and PRODUCTION SALES. Look at performance and match up the reviews
