Based on performance? At least that’s what I’m hearing. But then, many of us probably won’t be around to find out. I, for one, have pretty much abandoned all hope.

Flat rate for everyone with no incentive for performance. CFE sessions feel empty and wasteful when performance has zero bearing on pay and everyone is guaranteed to have inflation outpace pay increases essentially meaning we are all making less each year.
This is the biggest sign of a sinking ship: an unwillingness or inability to recognize and reward greatness. No competition at Nike internally shows how far gone it is from embodying “sport” instead of talking about it.
