I wonder how he feels to be the most hated CEO in Chevron history. He's completely lost his employees. He's wrecked the company for years to come!

Hes the DEI president
Like Kodak, USSteel, IBM, and Xerox, MW’s Chevron will become an MBA case study on bungled management and poor strategy.
MW will be remembered as the iceberg that hit SS Chevron.
His legacy was to not chase the Anadarko bid and then COVID hit. A black swan event that worked in his favor.
It's an American company so it based on American values. Greed and extreme inequality.
He could care less, he’s laughing his way to the bank.
He’s a total clown. CVXs clown management has finally done the company in, the Hess debacle is pathetic and the 4% RRR is just sad.
I’m jealous of the smart ones who left 10+ years ago and knew there was no point in wading thru endless bogus competency check lists, busting your tail for a couple of bucks more or similar pay to the lowest performing slackers…
Only company more embarrassing than cvx is bp, and both are a joke as are their “leadership”
@b1+1jvz0rvjb,
What exactly do you like about MW? He has gutted our OC and CAPEX program while wasting billions buying stock at or near all-time highs. His claim to fame was bungling the APC deal which we would love to have back.
I don’t have a problem with him
He got 24 million reasons to feel good last year and probably more of the same for 2025.
OP: you are assuming that MW has feelings. The man is d3ad inside. Nobody with an ounce of heart and compassion would do what he has done AND have the audacity to gaslight us by claiming that we asked for this and blah blah blah. He can go fu-k himself, him and his ill-gained fortune.
His legacy was making quick cut until this round
This is his swan song before retirement this year. He is taking the stink so his successor doesn’t have it on them.
He doesn’t care about any of us
