Where are these coward ELT members? I don’t see them in the cafeteria or any where else. Just pep talks with a green screen behind them. Platforms on fire with casualties. No leadership skills at all. Disgraceful.

So any MW sighting lately? Is he still hiding from employees?
I've seen MW passing through 1500 a couple of times.
I have fond memories of JW & DJO showing up in the CHVPK cafeteria line and actually interacting with employees. Not once did I see MW do this, and it sounds like he still is hiding after the move to Houston.
You have to ask yourself why.
He knows what a POS he is and the damage he has done to this company and its employees, and I think he is afraid that someone will actually have the ba--s to confront him with some cold, hard facts if he ever mixes with us common folk.
People are so fed up, that they will not bow down and keep taking it up the 🍑. Someone at some point in a very public setting, I hope, will tell him just what a horrible, incompetent, short-sighted, selfish person he is. A higher power will hold him accountable even if that useless BOD seems incapable and unwilling to do so.
What’s your legacy, MW? What you’ve done to this company will be taught in business school as how to run a company into the ground.
When there was DWEP, many moons ago, Steve Thurston, I believe was the most senior Chevron leader in downtown at the time, would almost always have his Friday breakfast in the cafeteria. He would talk to people, whether he knows them or not. MN sometimes have lunch at the cafeteria, with a lady. MW? I actually am not sure if I want to see his face while having lunch.
They keep repeating "accountability" - so why isn't Marissa B not fired over Colorado and BBLT incidents? Oh wait, they are executives - too far from reality.
