There are entire teams who serve functions that still exist, and aren’t changing in any way who were “forgotten”. Wiped off the map and aren’t working too hard to add them back before the tool closes. Thank you McKinsey and MW. #loseinanyenvironment

I wonder if any leaders will be held accountable - oh yeah let's blame the consultants - easy peezy!
People who should stay will be let go. People who should be let go will stay. They know and they don’t care.
Chevron was way over staffed
Those who were responsible for this re-org are fu--ing re--rded. They need reverse track on the layoffs completely or the company is fu---d beyond repair.
