If ENGINE is 95% staffed, at least half of that is temporary contractors
I do worry if trust will ever be restored. I hope the 2H can be performed with less cruelty. I know they don’t mean to be cruel but clearly they have had some terrible advice. Hopefully the selected leaders who can see the bin fire burning brighter by the day are living up to the new expectations and are speaking up.
First the reorganisation, when everyone left feels safe, the training and transition starts. Classic misdirection.
95% is a brief moment in time. ENGINE attrition will be staggering.
thats the worst thing about this reorg. the secrecy. the lies. those that have info. those that do not. the contradictions. the newspeak.
this reorg is what happens when you put a gag order on a huge part of the company, that aren’t trained in avoiding answers or keeping secrets, for a really long period of time. and then saying those same leaders should be accountable and direct.
the result is a disaster of a communications and change management strategy where no one can say anything whilst trying to make it look like they’re being open and transparent like their lives depend on it
by the way, are we still 95% staffed at engine like CS said? cos they’re still on a massive hiring spree.
don’t believe their lies. this company will never be the same
