Also heard performance based: 0-12%
PSP as one shared plan makes sense. Most performance against financial targets is driven by factors like imbalanced/unfair target setting, macro conditions, or other external variables outside of managements control. In most cases, the outcomes don’t reflect the effectiveness of a Geo’s leadership.
@kg+1jvx3bcfs Who wants more stock? The price is back to its 2018 level. No thanks. I'll take cash and invest in better places.
@kg I remember when NA got nothing for multiple years. Couldn’t even get talent in that space until they changed the plans. Sure Japan got 200% but the rest of the company su-ked, so hooray 100 people?
Our pay raises will continue to be uneventful and carry minimal impact. I have low expectations. Also, PSP has been a disaster since its inception. This whole, “everyone gets a participation trophy” is garbage. Bonus plans should vary by business group. Stock awards are the participation trophy. Not PSP.
I laughed too hard at: "25% promo code for the van".
Sorry that was wrong.
I can say there isn't a fixed percentage raise this year, it's performance based. No idea what the scale will be
$3.50
25% promo code for the van

Just by asking this question you put yourself on the next RIF list.
