Every company is RIFing or laying off. There is nowhere to go.
Only way to earn a decent living is to gamble in the stock market. White color opportunities to work for a living are leaving or will be replaced with AI. Those Pokémon skills developed as a kid may finally pay off.

@b5 I agree. I’ve been applying like crazy and so many rejection. I’ve had a couple interviews, so far nothing worth leaving for quite yet.
Research health systems with remote opportunities or onsite whichever you are looking for, start ups, TPA’s, do a google search of your role but say “similar” jobs and it will give a list of comparison jobs. Also think about your best skills and if you weren’t in healthcare what would you do then look for those type roles..place these skills in keyword searches.
There isn’t much to jump to if you’ve been in insurance for a while. Not much luck out here. Anyone have any suggestions?
