So AT&T is only buying 95% of Quantum in 11 states.. do we know what Lumen is going to do with the other 5% left over in the other 5 states?

Which states were not included? Looks like they went for the states with all the good markets (big cities), not surprisingly. I can't believe AT&T spent over 5 billion and came up with a name like "NetworkCo" ... BA-F!
My guess is they will try to unload whatever they can regionally or at a state level. If they can't do that they will just further run it into the ground and ultimately just turn it off.
