Oh, Chevron, you lovable corporate giant! You like to strut around claiming you're the "human energy company," but let’s not kid ourselves. Your real motto should be, "We’ll take your community and all the good vibes with it!" 🌪️
Every time Chevron swoops into a town, it’s like watching a tornado with a facemask. You're here to "support" communities? More like you’re here to bulldoze everything in sight and leave a trail of broken dreams and displaced families in your wake. Tell us again how you’re all about the people while you’re busy tearing down local businesses, ruining communities, and calling it "growth." Newsflash: growth doesn’t mean bulldozing the soul out of a community!
It's almost comical how you can hold community meetings to discuss your "concerns" while conveniently ignoring the uproar about your oil spills and pollution. "Oh, we care about local input!" Yeah, right! The input you're really interested in is how much longer you can squeeze out of this community before moving on to the next unsuspecting town to wreak havoc!
Chevron, here’s a friendly tip: if you want to be seen as the good guy, you might want to actually act like one. Maybe try supporting local companies instead of demolishing them for bigger companies that run Monopoly’s. Just once, we'd love to see you put "human" before "energy" in a genuinely meaningful way.
But until then, we see you for what you are: a corporate behemoth with an appetite for destruction, masquerading as our friend. Keep pretending, and we’ll keep calling you out. So, thanks but no thanks, Chevron! No wonder everyone that works at Chevron or for Chevron has a bad taste in their mouths. Nothing but sc-mbags making decisions that hurt local contractors, families and communities.
Chevron just mad that they will never be on the level Exxon is on. LOOSERS.
