The last time I heard the word optimization within an initiative, full teams were deemed unnecessary. Get your resumes up to date

Get rid of anyone with the title of Business Analyst and Senior Manager. These losers cause more problems. Their main function is to have “connects” on their calendars to make it appear they do work.

Giddy-up. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride.

Walmart announced an almost identically named program today but at least were upfront that it’s about cutting jobs: https://www.5newsonline.com/article/news/local/walmart-eliminating-roles-bentonville/527-9c2c5051-1895-4e4a-a025-2c41535a5f5c

We saw this already this year. Teams with a “strategic workforce planner” randomly added (usually Director level) were gonna be subject to biiig job cuts. Its usually someone with familiarity with that area but not recent and will not actively talk to anyone on the team beyond the highest leader.
