Finished interviewing 2 weeks ago for an internal role. Heard the job needs approval to make offer/hire. Anyone else hearing this? Anyone get an offer recently?

Finished interviewing for a role over 2 months ago and still waiting to hear from TA. Not sure if the role is caught up in prioritization but recruiter is basically ghosting me right now. This is for Director role in Supply Chain.
All offers have to be approved..(a new layer of approvals outside of HR approving salary). There are still a lot of roles open and will be filled in Design. Not sure about other areas.

Yes… There have been people getting new roles but I’m in the same boat, currently delayed

That’s how it always works. Don’t worry. HR and the overall leader approve final comp and everything.
