Why is this form so active? Even p66 isn't as active as this one and they just had layoffs.... It seems like people are unhappy, but not unhappy enough to leave.... For years

It’s a combination of the constant dissatisfaction, dishonesty from above, and evergreen threat of being let go for no reason. Constant stress causes real health (especially mental health) problems. If you don’t understand that, you haven’t been here long enough, or you’re part of the problem.
I think this site is healthy to vent on and express things you can't necessarily say at work without fear of retribution. I don't think COP has any more issues than any other company. in fact, the pay, benefits, and work/life balance are what keeps people around even if they are frustrated by politics and other areas of their jobs. Most won't get rich working here, but they'll live an extremely comfortable life.
