This event is the epitome of the highest consequence scenario, and folks in other offshore orgs have received little to no info…accommodation fire? Process fire? Middle of TAR? End of TAR / during startup? Insufficient leak testing? Flange management?

There is probably similar work going on in other locations, and folks have to get their info from press releases by the Angolan regulators or public. Pathetic.

Why is this not getting any air time? No information passed down through the ranks. People literally dying at work but you wouldn’t read about it….
