Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Is there some type of scandal in the making?

Someone posted the article the other day and a quote from the article got me thinking.
"The customer told U.S. Bank that Frederickson disparaged the bank, allegedly claiming that the direction U.S. Bank was going was “bad” for customers."

If this is in fact true, does anyone have any ideas about what Frederickson was referring to?

Offshoring of jobs with access to sensitive information, overcharging fees, a different type of fake account scandal? Something else?

There are lots of scandals we don’t know about. There’s a reason the Chief Auditor is leaving with a bag of money and a NDA, even though she doesn’t approve of the practice, it’s hard to say no to a massive pile of cash. I wish someone paid me to go away once I found problems with the bank!

It’s not a scandal, it’s just a bank that isn’t growing and is hemorrhaging customers and customer money.

it’s scandalous to offshore so many with such sensitive customer data.

I don't think Frederickson was referring to a scandal. She probably was referring to layoffs, loss of back office support, low morale, and pathetically poor leadership with no coherent vision.
