Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

All it takes to prove Gunjan is a fraud

More and more jobs are being sent to Poland and India. Guess where these people are working from? That's right: home.

But that's okay and not nonsense... right?

Don’t forget about the WFH employees in Spain and Ireland. You know the ones, they run your operations but have no idea what your business line does

@ea+1jvq9yfcq there actually is a hub space in Poland. It's in Warsaw and has been there for many years as Elavon's European base of operations.

As for India, only a very few know enough about that to comment.

@e3+1jvq9yfcq - Doesn't matter if they are FTE's. No one said they weren't. But there are no hubs in Poland or India, so that probably means they are working from Home.

Warsaw Poland are US Bank FTE employees - please know what you talking about before making sterotypes/assumptions - we have Europe offices with FTE US Bank employees

Get over it, we are sending jobs to Poland and India. Other banks have been doing this for decades.

There's no branch or hub locations in India and Poland where do the other 50% work if not from home?

They really are, and Gunjan and others are specifically saying that they plan to increase that contingent while scaling back US talent (lower cost regions).
