How many other stores still have support associates forced to do pick lists every day regardless of the size of the queue? Im in the raleigh region and we don't ever get one day free of it. I wouldn't mind but then management likes to turn around and ask me why im behind on other tasks. Losers.

I have always said that too much is put on the support team.
It's essential for management to become more involved by leaving their offices and actively participating with the team instead of just using that clipboard, which can feel oppressive. They should prioritize collaborating with associates to foster a positive environment and drive fulfillment together.
