They were not Discover! Capital amployees will be gone over 20 years next.
It will take about a year but it will come. Look at past acquisitions over the past 20 years.
Dare accepted. With the rampant nepotism in the Capital One culture and the never ending performance management, there will be quite a few layoffs. Count on it. Should be a lot of fun. The first to go will be the 2nd graders who post how Discover will rule. Bwah ha ha ha!!!!! You are the very first to go, at least after the EVPs.
Unfortunately, a handful of EVPs are gone. Their orgs will follow.
