Is moving to an FOC safer?

Anyone made the jump?

Yes. But you have to chose wisely.

These FOC's that "care about their staff" have not been fully injected yet with a full dose of the Allstate poison.

As the other poster said everything Allstate touches eventually turns to sh-t.

Some of the FOCs not having great year so far so would tread carefully. But i hear good things about 1 or 2. They actually care about their staff! Who'd have thought this was good thing to do, a revelation

In Telecom world- FOC means: Firm Order Commitment. Date in which services (number/or data circuit) is rec’d to customer.

Anything associated with this sh-t show of a company is a disaster. Newer acquisitions may not have hit "uber sh-t show" status like Allstate itself but it will sooner than later.

Everything Allstate touches turns to sh-t.
