Just wanted to take a moment to thank the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work alongside these past few decades. This has been a place of growth, mentorship, and genuinely rewarding challenges. I’ve had the chance to learn from some of the sharpest minds and most courageous people in the industry.
One thing I’ll carry forward most is pride in our culture. It wasn’t just about getting the job done — it was how we did it. The values we upheld, the willingness to collaborate, and the way we treated one another made this more than just a workplace.
