Any other visual manager being used as a stm and still having to complete visual manager tasks along side not being paid enough for all the task they want

I do three jobs and do not get paid anymore. Welcome the Belk.
Somethings never change… visual has always picked up the slack!!
Tell your zone visual. Ours puts a stop to it once he finds out.
