USELESS. HR doesn’t care that hundreds of people ask the same question about the poor quality of the tool.

Don't apply for any jobs. When somebody finally asks you, tell them you did apply for jobs and the tool didn't record it. If a lot of us do that then they will question their data. Threaten to sue the company for a flawed system

I can’t even decide what job to look at because it could be in Wells or Operations…or biofuels. How dare I want some additional information to make a decision that will affect my life. It is no wonder that we are failing as a company.

They want us to beg for jobs that we aren't totally aware of what they do, to someone who you've never worked with in hopes to land a job that'll be offshored sooner or later anyways.

Are they trying to get us to quit? Did someone work at the IRS that designed this cr-ppy tool? The descriptions for the jobs seem very vague, like whoever wrote them came from a car company and didn't know his head from a hole in the ground.....
