Toxic, if there was an academy award for toxic, they would win, from management to HR, I worked there for years, it was brutal towards the end when I was laid off.
If you did not fit the mold, you were mistreated.

Yeah, I’m sure my time isn’t too far off before I get the boot wondering if the severance is any decent. Sorry that you got laid off, but I’m sure in the long run you are probably be better off.
