Why are so many bankers and pms leaving the Institutional Client Group-especially in the Midwestern groups? Layoffs or quitting?

ncino is a horrible application and the implementation was/is even worse.
Unfortunately I can only recall a little bit but.. it was mostly a long rant about the low morale and lack of leadership in ICG.
Frustration with ncino and workload were definitely mentioned. And something about RM meetings / rankings feeling disrespectful.
It was a little bit of a long rant but I have to say there was nothing in it that seemed like inaccurate information.
Names are not allowed here, you'd think people would have figured that out by now.
Can you remember more about the post?
I remember the long post with some names. Seems like someone was btt hurt about being called out.
