The store manager is trying to burn you out by texting and calling you on your day off. This is done purposely.

I’m pretty sure Belk was sued several years ago for calling and texting associates and managers about work on their days off.
I think it was around 2017-18??
Does anyone who has been at Belk for a while remember this?
I remember our store mgr then made a special announcement was very strict about not contacting associates on their days off unless it was about a change in their schedule.
Or have to calls!
