@d3+1jvgkp4xy They do have people left and it’s not being outsourced, it’s becoming more automated.
Hcsc outsources their hedis stuff. They don't have a hedis team.
Do you mean the HEDIS team who transferred to HCSC? As my understanding they all went to HSCS.
I don’t think Cigna has any HEDIS folks left.
Also, since HEDIS is a CMS requirement, I would think they’re safe at HCSC.
Why is that? Source?
