Take care of your health. Exercise. Maintain a healthy weight and diet. Watch your blood sugar, cholesterol and trigylcerides. After you reach 50, your body will thank you.
Don't put off that knee replacement or hip surgery. Get one done, take medical leave. When you recover, get the other one done and go on medical leave. Come back and your severance day will start.
