Powerpoint required? just basic agile.... no technical skills... only know controls / security which is so easy to do... no hands on experience in IT to secure apps?.... seems some are trying to protect those "IRM checklist" dead beats...

Get Best of the Best.... they will look at the current slate of folks and their skills vs the SWE who knows how to configure Ansible Pipeline, SAST and DAST Scans, Modern Identity (Managed) , Service Principal setup, oAuth, setup database encryption, TLS, and DevSecOps, etc.
Our IRM and IT auditors are a joke. Zero technical knowledge for any of them I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Clean house and start over
