Managers are encouraging Carmen to make up repairs. Stealing money from customers. Is this just my dirt ball managers? Or system wide?

😂 you’re worried about fraudulently billing. I’m over here taking boxes of brass retainer valves to the scrapyard for extra $$$. Also, it feels really good to dump pallets of new supplies into the trash bin. The more expensive the better.
