For those who’ve taken the VERP, that is.
For those who are still stuck in this hellhole, well, it’s everything outlined above, and then some.
I would assume it’s almost like a new take on life. No cybersecurity teams with zero experience and major personality disorders creating artificial issues/havoc every day while getting away with berating and belittling everyone they speak to, no inexperienced managers without a backbone hanging their own employees out to dry, no wimpy IT leadership basically doing nothing to fix the worst/most toxic environment I’ve ever had the displeasure of working in, no dealing with employees not doing their jobs every day, no pointless meetings that accomplish nothing. Basically, no misery. Consider yourselves lucky!
