No comment, no communication…typical. This looks bad for Belk because these days people (customers) expect and want communication, and information. We are shushed if we talk about it. I think we should have given customers a heads up before coming into the store , I know would have appreciated that before I wasted my time. It’s all been handled badly and very shady in my opinion.
Wish news orgs would dig into this.
There is no way this wasn't a major data breach. It's been a week with no resolution.
