Anyone affected by yesterday’s and today’s reorganization? I heard there are demotions too.

I no longer work at Elevance, but my old team lost at least four.
MK is gonna have his hands full. Being sued because he didn’t see the “headwinds” of Medicaid redeterminations even though government warned us well in advance. Probably needs someone experienced in crises management and fancy talk to try and gaslight us.
VP resigned and has been replaced by one of Kaye's former colleagues, external hire, so he's bringing his friends on board.
How many headcounts in Marketing? Any insights? I am a E13, should I be concerned?
Yep, another reorg and yet another manager. Too many to count. Luckily they've all been good, but come on. The constant changes are so disruptive to workflows.

They don't know how to address problems at this company. They just reorg areas so they can report up to the board that they have addressed issues that exist, and we move forward with nothing improved....
some more details on Marketing please? I haven’t heard anything from my boss. Should I be worried? who were let go?
