It's been 5 months and they only have 32% of the votes they need, or 16% of the total votes.The merger isn't happening, at least anytime soon.
If they had the votes, they would have voted, and then deal with the regulatory agencies, like every other merger that actually goes through.
This lie they are pushing is the biggest one of them all.
but the CEO took everyone to the beach last month while everyone worked harder as asked and got no raise this year because "times are tough". Any other ending to that first sentence is the wrong ending.
