My concern is that we get transferred and they keep us a few months maybe a year to help their employees get up to speed then lay us off with no severence. I have heard that we will get the same pay and pto initially. Does anyone know what will be in the contract?

This person is not wrong. Usually what happens is employees get rebadged to another company. Those employees train their replacements and when the time is right, they may offer you to join but take a cut in pay/benefits to their company standard or have a good life
I asked about this today in the glorious town hall with WNS. They said they don't do that. I don't believe that for a second.
From my understanding pay and PTO once rebadged but no set timeframe that they have to keep you on board with their company. I would assume that until they have their operations and processes set for Allstate's work with their employees that they would keep rebaged employees on board. However since Allstate education is doing the training of the vendor employees to Allstate's onboarding rebadged employees will not be needed for that. I would assume based on the "high pay" of the rebadged to their own offshore employees that the time spent with the vendor will not be long term before release. And these vendors do not have severance programs and once rebadged over Allstate is off the hook for any severance.
