Thread regarding Kemper Insurance layoffs

Too many chiefs

More VPs, AVPs, Dir, Mgrs. than employees. The focus is only on making the stockholders happy. Forced return to the office, poor benefits, and cuts to PTO are driving new and longtime employees away. No need for layoffs when 20 to 40 old and new employees quit weekly. Never fear, because contractors and offshore can handle it. As a result, outages and downtime are regular events. Emails from insureds and agents are going unanswered as people quit, and no one follows up. The churn is eventually going to catch up.

All senior employees that used to work at current contracting companies should be reviewed. All contracting companies should be reviewed.
