Hey what's going on with JG; the most over rated, narcistic, lazy, political, light weight in our ELT. Hopefully he is being shown the door or will he continue to fall upwards into the CFO position when the new CEO is announced.

Based on the new chain of command or org chart (if you want), it appears that he may need to find a different place/team as currently he is kind of a "middle man" between technical manager and technical lead..... and that doesn't fit in the new org chart.....
