The problem is that they are very good at playing the corporate game. Other teams have tried to lay blame on them but it never sticks. They blame the business they blame prioritization they blame anything except their own broken operating model that tries to turn developers into widgets that can all be imported from India. They have no idea how to run a high-performing team that is anything more than order takers and their toxic mentality has purged all of the talent out of ATS.
It's more likely that the two jokers will leave when the numbers are looked at. They'll jump ship somewhere else before the failure is made public. Hundreds of millions of dollars for the ASC project and we're losing customers faster than we can get more in the door.
Internally shortcuts are being taken, application security is being ignored, design decisions are non-existent and all to please Zulfi and Kamal, not because it's a better user experience for the customer.
I vote Zulfi and Kamal get laid off next!
Same as Suren-when the stench of their failure reaches the board room and can't be ignored or spun away anymore. Then they'll get promoted.
