We are “Resilient” no longer. Morale has never been lower than now. Now he is courting AI bots.

Friday
Parashakti Friday kumuma Archana . Ghee lamp light.
Give kumkum and fruit to married women on Friday.

4-5 shloka 2 times …

I saw it up close my colleagues who were rated “Exceptional” in their appraisals at OpenText were shown the door. We were recognized, handed RSUs, praised for our performance — and then dropped without a second thought. To make it worse, they clawed back RSUs from the very people who earned them through hard work. It was a slap in the face. All that talk about “work hard and you’ll be rewarded” turned out to be complete bullsh-t.

And let’s not kid ourselves — your managers , VPs and SVP aren’t your allies. Most of them are snakes, saying one thing to your face and doing another behind closed doors. When things get tough, they look out for themselves and their buddies, not for you and trust me they are totally incompetent as I work with many VPs and SVPs.

The whole experience was a wake-up call. Don’t fall for corporate slogans or fake loyalty. Look out for yourself. Build your value, protect your growth, and never trust a system that can throw you out no matter how good you are.

OTEX will be a penny stock soon. Just as the US stops making pennies.

Vested shares and espp purchased shares must either be sold OR transferred to another brokerage than Shareworks within 120 days. So if you want to remain invested in this trsinwreck there is a way, but there are much better places to put hard earned money.

Non vested shares are forfeit. It’s in the handbook and paperwork you agreed to upon hire or being acquired.

RSUs to make you stay and feel better about working for a terrible company while being over worked and under paid.

Only to be laid off and lose your RSUs.

Thanks Mark!

Are they asked to sale or asked to sell? English as a second language has a tough learning curve, I'm told.

Agreed this is standard practice at all companies that offer RSUs (voluntary or involuntary termination doesn’t matter, they did not vest).

From a legal standpoint, voluntary resignation and involuntary termination are fundamentally different. You should sue the company—otherwise, they’ll only become more disrespectful over time.

The OP did highlight 'vested' shares.

Also they do this, I saw it firsthand.

You are correct that blocks of 'unvested' shares are lost.

When an employee is awarded RSUs, there is a legal document that describes when the RSUs are vested. If an employee is separated from company prior to vested schedule, they are worthless. That is standard. It is awful, especially if an employee is months away from the date. But not nefarious.
