Overuse of buzzwords is a sure sign of incompetence.
My former manager’s grammar was insanely poor. She was using Spark to create emails to sent to staff. I asked her about it and she said that the Director, her manager, was “making us use Spark” for communications. LOLOL No, she was making HER use Spark because her communication is so unprofessional. How you become a master’s level RN and compose email like a middle schooler is beyond me.
