@ @dc+1jv7vcrwj and you feel that now, of all times is a good time to ask for a promotion? How about you reach out to your pdr, and other pdrs in addition to your sponsor. Ask for one. Let us know how that goes.
The entitled cry babies asking for promotions every two weeks are the first ones being let go. No serious manager wants to deal with that type of employe, no matter the company. Bring up promotion now at your own risk. Do hard and smart work and seriously contribute to the company’s success and let that speak for itself. Promotion will follow accordingly. Take that as life advice.

Because there’s a good percentage of folks that are doing work or have been placed in roles unofficially 2 PSGS higher than their current PSGS.
This is my situation and that of many others I work with. I have a track record of working 90% above my PSG yet for the past two years I’ve received bullsh-t excuses why my promotion was not approved.
Look at how many GMs got promoted in the latest announcements.
